The file pmx2.drv is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs. You may be able to get a signed driver from the manufacturer of the hardware device.

That means that the graphics drivers in question havn't been through the Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL Certification) - which, incidentally, hardware vendors have to pay for.

Ignore it and procede with the install.

3d card dont seem to work for games
its a 3d prophet 4000xt pci
