I hear the Andromeda galaxy is rather clement this time of the galactic cycle.

I've never been there but it's either there or Birmingham this year and to be honest the lack of oxygen is the only disadvantage the Andromeda galaxy has. And even there I'm not sure if what's in Birmingham is actually safe to breathe.

Re: Faggot nostalgia
In a toss up between the Andromeda Galaxy and Birmingham, I'd go with Andromeda every time. There may not be any oxygen, but at least it doesn't have any severe social problems or extreme ethnic tension.

You going to take your boyfriend Norton with you? God I hope he can't exist in the cold, hard vacuum of space.

He can exist in the cold, hard vacuum of light entertainment, so I don't see why not.

I am still around, I just haven't been reading or posting on GD for the following reasons:
a) Most of the people who post regularly on GD these days are gigantic faggots
b) forums.somethingawful.com is much more interesting
c) concentrating on finishing university (mission completed)
d) Spending more time playing Eve-Online
e) spending more time with my girlfriend
I've also not been around on irc much lately either because of d).

Oh Gordy I thought you loved me?
Also not that anyone cares, but I'm going to Corfu for two weeks tomorrow

I like you on IRC but most of what youve posted on the forums for the last year has been offhand comments about how shit they are.

Re: Faggot nostalgia
Was there some special way of pronouncing W? I had Mark and rr_0 trying to convince me you said it 'woo' in the pub once but I was pretty sure I was being had.

Re: Faggot nostalgia
I'm still around from time to time, but my life is somewhat crazy busy at the moment, I am shuttling back and forth between Oxford and Paris every couple of weeks, trying to get archival 'dérogations' from the French government, which is like trying to herd cats, and seeing my girlfriend as often as possible when back in the UK.
But I lurk, from time to time, and if you wish REAL hard, I might post from time to time...
