A case for illusion emp resisitance (ER) being raised, as their stats are (arguably) worse than most if not all the other races already and their FR fleet is nearly worthless for roiding.
taken are the ratios of pod ER / podclass ER, ie:
(Illusion ER) / ((Illusion ER + Phantom ER + Apparition ER + Banshee ER) / 4)
and another ratio without the pod ER being averaged in, ie:

Since phantoms have 0 ER Beetles and Vendors will give little thought to the consequences of not entirely freezing a xan FI fleet as they will often come away unscathed. However here are the calculations redone giving phantoms a reasonable 20 ER to give a less skewed picture than their 0 ER portrays:

Given a more accurate comparison the illusion ER looks even worse than before, and this 'more accurate' comparison was arrived at by actually making xans better.

Whether or not is tradition from round to round to give pods more ER than their class counterparts (iirc it is), it is the case this round for every ship but two, the illusion and the hornet. The only difference between these two ships is the hornet varies from being equal ER by .00571 and .00760 while the illusion varies by .09278 and .12000. These differences are in ratio of 16.25 and 15.79, making the Illusion an extreme outlier in the wrong direction considering their other roiding fleet and defensive ship options. (The Baliff is more of an outlier, though in the positive direction).
You have a greater knowledge of PA than I do, but simply increasing illusion ER to fit more in line with the other ratios should work. Also trading the banshee or apparition ER with the illusion could work also.
