There is no such thing as an "intel only" or "amd only" case.
The only limitations on what you can run in it are:
* Available motherboard area (should be more than sufficient in that one)
* What PSU it comes with (350w in this case - you might like to consider upgrading it to 400 if you're planning on high speed chip + big graphics card, purely for stability)
The back panel (the 2usb ports etc bit) is ATX standard, but if the motherboard you get has a non-standard rear layout (like my Asus board, as it has 4usb and 6 channel sound (not that I use it) with a horizontal socket layout) then a replacement back panel will be supplied - you just unscrew/clip the one supplied with the case and fit the one supplied with the board.
Thats it really.
If you're planning a "killer" AMD system, I have to warn you now that unless you invest in water cooling then it's going to sound like a 747 revving for take-off. You can't use the "silent" fan solutions like the Zalman I use on the really new AMD chips as they run too hot.
The Zalman, as far as I know, is only rated up to XP2200+.
The kind of noise level you can expect will be such that you may not be able to tell when your CD drive spins up - I kid ye not.
