Mild insomnia
I was just wondering how many hours of sleep people think they get. I get recurring bouts of "insomnia" it isn't really most of the time but god knows what else it is. I've only slept for four hours in one hundred and this kind of thing is really disconcerting when you've got a difficult exam coming up on friday heh.

i have been asleep pre-midnight twice only this year. I cant sleep when its light, i cant sleep unless im 100% shattered rather than tired, i cant sleep unless theres food/drink within arms reach (i never drink/eat it, but i cant sleep unless its there).
However long i stay up, if i am not forceably waken, i always sleep 8 hours, give or take 15 minutes.
Im going to sleep in 15 minutes. Fear, as i wake up at 11.

I sleep about 3 or 4 hours a night, and have done so for the last 3 years or so. Makes me feel nautious for days if i miss a nights sleep now.

Get an alienating tedious job, and you will crave sleep all day long and sleep won't be a problem. Possibly.
When I was a student type my sleep pattern was pretty messed up most of the time, and a lot of the time I wouldn't be able to sleep before being up for 18 hours or so. Now I'm lucky to stay up until 10pm.

I had a good 8 hrs of sleep last night. And I believe that's been that way for the last 20 years.

I have no sleeping pattern whatsoever. Some days i sleep for 15 hours, other for 4. I usually go to bed between 2-7, but this has been more like 1 lately beacause i've got honest work
Sleeping is hard. Mild insomnia sucks. Get sleep, lie in your bed untill you do. Not sleeping = bad

Bed at 11-12, up at 6-7
I often get up for an hour or so in the middle of the night though.

But seeing as exams are over now, it'll shift somewhat to about 11 hours sleep until early afternoon.

Nah, I can't stay in bed long. I always wake up and then get bored.

bed at about midnight most nights, but this does vary, can be anything from 10 through to about 2ish
up at 7am every morning, i have been getting up at 7am for so long, that i dont even generally need my alarm to wake me up anymore, and i think 9am is a lie in
