Option to see run or fight!
HCs should have option to see if ally members have their base fleet on run and hide or stay and fight.

You'd also have to be able to see if their ships are in Base or in Fleet 1/2/3 for it to be useful. And it'd be wise to have an option under Preferences (like Scans) to enable/disable it.

Include these 2 things and I'm all for it!

Not at all. If someone has their fleet set to run and hide, someone should know! Allied galmates, HCs or people who usually DC. If your members keep using this feature, then teach them how to do it properly instead.
