just wondering if anyone had previously done this, i really want to go and work the whole summer in america and was just wondering if anyone could offer any advice on how to go about it or if there are any better organisations for my needs.

jobwise i'll pretty much do anything but i have 3years experience waitering and can do mild barwork(that would be pints and vodka coke, rum and coke etc - i have brief cocktail experience due to working in a mainly selling cocktail restaurant that means i know what goes in the cocktails but measurements of liquor to mixers am unsure of so would need training in this area)
