I played rounds 2-5 but have just return in rd 11.

In early rounds 1 apod could steal 1 roid.

In this round the apods/roiding ships have a damage stat, which I dont remember apods having.

Does this mean an "apod" can steal more than one roid based on its damage. If not what is this stat for.

Yes an "apod" can steal more than one roid. Cruiser pods can do 270 damage. A roid has 50 armor. This means that these pods can steal 5.4 astroids. Small pods do less then 50 damage: you need more than 1 of these to steal 1 roid.
