problem launching Time of Defiance
I have a problem launching Time of Defiance i get a "A required file .DLL file, D3D9.DLL, was not found." message.why?

D3D9.DLL is the DirectX 9 Direct3D library.
(re)Install DirectX 9.

odds are there'll be a direct x folder on the game's setup cds

failing that the latest installer is at:
