I would expect this from a rap/hip hop/gangsta garage gig
But this made me think twice now.

****ing hell, even a black man would know this is not part of the show as soon as he sees a gun drawn.

According to ABC, Dimebag was one of metals 'top guitarists'
They had obviously not heard him play.......
Wonder where Phil Anselmo was.....

Even sadder news for metal fans.
Motley Crue announce tour and album
Some bands should just stay split up

Re: I would expect this from a rap/hip hop/gangsta garage gig
I had the fortune of having the chance to watch Pantera live twice and I must say that they made quite an impression with their on stage performance. I don't like all of their material (especially not the 'hair metal' they made in their early days) but 'Far Beyond Driven' and 'The great southern trendkill' still regularly spin rounds in my cd player.
The Dutch site that I got the news from mentioned that Vinnie Paul has died too.

I saw them live once. They were OK but I couldn't really see what all the fuss was about.

Re: I would expect this from a rap/hip hop/gangsta garage gig
Five were killed in all.
Dimebag, the gunman, club employee Erin Halk, 29, fan Nathan Bray, 23, and Jeff Thompson, 40, who was affiliated with the band.
****ing awful.
