Presently the most enjoyable to watch and charismatic man in British politics. Socially left, economically slightly right-of-centre. He'd be an ideal leader of the opposition because of his views, he'd be great for participation in british politics because people would genuinely want to watch PMQs, but by ****ing christ don't let him anywhere near government.

Quoted for truth....
Boris is definetly one of the MP's you always pay attention to because he's funny, a bit rebellious, and an all round great guy*
*may not be true, ive never met him

You mean like the time when he considered it acceptable to obtain a reporters address through his press contacts in order to have him beaten up?

Don't forget - in this new Tory shadow cabinet, everyone can have a past that can remain private and personal and it shouldn't reflect on their political life at all, it doesn't matter if they were beating up journalists or snorting fat lines of coke off a tart's arse - all is forgiven!

I love it in it's increadibly blatant 'This is a sop to university students and other idiots' way. He's even made Hague shadow foreign secreatary. I hope Cameron applies this much humour and frivolity to all his appointments.

Midge was handing out "I <3 Boris" badges last night.
Skiddy wore his all night and told anyone who would listen that my name was boris...

Any more behaviour like that and I'm in danger of not getting my bonus.
Behave Midge.

That's a slight exaggeration heh. Only you and Skiddy had the honour of being offered one
I just need to get rid of the damn things, I have had about 300 sitting in my bag since freshers fayre (great planning by head office there, we got sent over 1000 of the things).

While I agree that Boris is a terrible appointment I think Hague could make a decent shadow foreign secretary. He seems to have become a lot more competant since he was leader.

The thing about Cameron is he has no principles but he seems to be very good at being popular. The tories realised this and this is why he has been made leader.
It's got a good chance of working too.
