heh, I guess my mood and emotions often take the upperhand when I'm posting. Nonetheless I do make my points clear (not in a very tactful way I know). And I'm glad atleast someone tries to understand the shit we've been pulled through on AD this past weeks etc.

Perhaps what is needed here is not the letter and the word, it's the accepted interpretation amongst the playing community. Unless there is some sort of easy-to-understand starter guide new players who may not have bothered to read the EULA (I never have done, I know what's acceptable from experience but new players do not) then they may come up with bright ideas such as having two planets and letting one profit off the other (this is an example, it is in no way an accusation of any sort) and not realise that infact this is a well-trodden path and has for as long as I've been playing PA been against the rules and considered unethical by the major institutions of the game (the large alliances, the PAteam and its associated community, etc.).

Unfortunately this boils down to another issue of accessibility for the game for the new or long-absent player.

OMG, what a crap thread, only need to read the 1st 5 posts and you can tell its gonna be flame from one, then flame from another. Seems Hector has an alterior motive to persuing this case....

Not at all. My motive was the one I thought I stated. Transparency in the game and my desire to see it.

Put it this way, if the Top 100 were all caught cheating and deleted I'd move from c. 1500 to c.1400.

hmm, i just did, and i must say, it bored me quite a bit, even tho it was the unexpected boredom discussio, instead of flames, it was a case of going back and forth about what the EULA says, and that some ppl wont accept that they cant be told why the planets are closed. Like RJ said, ive never actually read the EULA, i just press "i agree" and carry on

as i can mainly figure out what is right and wrong, not hard to guess really

neway, hope the right decision has been made by the multi hunters, whether they are 'allied' to me or not heh.

does anyone know why 1 week later these planets remain closed
surely by now a descion has been made to either delete them or reopen them

how long is needed to review these cases because dragging it out is not doing the game any good
