Lost newly upgraded paid account due to rollback

Hi.

My account was officially upgraded some 12+ hours ago but now that the rollback has happened, I have lost it. Will upgraded accounts be fixed?

Should not do, but lets see.

ok, im told that all the credits then were paid etc have been re-done, so it depends on exactly how you paid/upgraded.

If you bought it and put your planetarion user-id in all in one go, then it -should- be sorted now.

If it was upgraded by an account not your own, then the account that upgraded you (via its Preferences screen) needs to re-do that.

if non of this applies, and you have no credit on your Preferences screen, please let me know.

okay what I did to pay for my account is that I sent a money order to the Australian payment center with the user ID details, email details and everything else that the payment page requested I send. This morning (not sure when) I got an email stating that my account had been upgraded and my planet had been moved to a new gal.
