Suicide is Painless - Manic Street Preachers
(ok maybe that's more a solution than an uplifting song)

Ulver - Perdition City
It's an entire album, but it's great when I want to relax and get my mind off things.

Re: feel good songs?
This week, it's the Bloc Party album in particular Positive Tension and Luno, but all of it really.
Also, the Playlist CD I got has a couple of good songs on it, Rilo Keley's 'Does He Love you?" has surprised me by being quite good, and On Repeat by LCD Soundsystem is quite funky.
Though Happy Songs... is awesome, Ratts of the Capital would have to be my favourite for chilling- you should get hold of Rock Action Weeks, Sine Wave from that is damn good.

Re: feel good songs?
because dashboard confessional matches the set tone of your present emotions - i love listening to ska and rock-reggae (specially bands like sublime and no doubt).. but i listen to happy songs when i'm happy - heh each to his own, right?

Re: feel good songs?
Katrina and the Waves - Walking On Sunshine
The Four Tops - I Can't Help Myself
KC and the Sunshine Band - Give It Up
Van Morrison - Bright Side of the Road
And right now I'm feeling rather partial towards U Sure Do by Strike which is something of a dance track but still uplifting to the point where your ass is barely touching the seat.
