Schotland's Darren Fletcher
He'll score first half just before the break 1-0 against Holland, Holland will batter the Scotland defence with all efforts but they won't go down.
This scenario will make me 30 euro richer!
Ofcourse back in Holland we'll beat the **** out of them

Re: Schotland's Darren Fletcher
Hey, we're playing Kluivert - Van Nistelrooy again.
How many bucks saying that for the first time in two years, they'll actually play well together?

I say IF Holland wins, it will be mainly due to Seedorf.

I am serious because:
- He's one of the rare Dutch players who is playing on a weekly base
- He's doing a good job at it (I am speaking about that he's a regular at AC Milan dude and he's owning)
- He's going to play on his favorite position
- He's been left out several times, if he got the nerves and calmness (quality and revenge feelings enough in this guy) he'll be vomitting all his anger towards the Scottisch goal

Re: Schotland's Darren Fletcher
The only good thing Advocaat did, was leave Davids out of the startup line. Of course, on the downside he doesn't have the guts to tell Frank de Boer that he's not playing and to make a choice for either Kluivert or Van Nistelrooy.

Re: Schotland's Darren Fletcher
Unsurprisingly, Advocaat has chosen for his standard 11 players that have let him down at important moments time after time.
Unsurprisingly, Scotland is leading 1-0 at halftime.

Re: Schotland's Darren Fletcher
Congratulations Scotland.
As I predicted after the original draw, over a single match, Scotland has more than a good chance of beating the Netherlands. Now I just need to find someone willing to beat Dick Advocaat senseless.

Because Dick Advocaat is a complete coward, who when the going gets tough, relies on his standard team, no matter how crap they play or how often they let him down on important moments.
He had said he'd be playing Van der Vaart/Kluivert up front as Kluivert and Van Nistelrooy together have never ever ever been productive in any way whatsoever, and I expected that Seedorf was brought back into the selection to play from the start as a replacement for Van Bommel.
But no, of course he had to give Kluivert and Van Nistelrooy another chance to horribly **** up despite saying he wouldn't, and of course he had to play Cocu, Davids and De Boer, because they're his buttbuddies.

I believe he only really dived once, and he immediately admitted to the ref that it was nothing.

Re: Schotland's Darren Fletcher
Why is Thompson getting an england call up?
Just because he is left footed, doesn't mean he will be good. But I agree that he deserves a chance. I don't hold out much hope for him though..
David Thompson should be playing on the left, he can at least use his left foot. The fact that he looks a bit stunted shouldn't keep him out of the squad.

I didn't notice, to be honest. Well, other than the one time where he went down without anything happening, but then stood up and waved it off to the ref.
He did get genuinely tackled a few times.

van der sar
reiziger ooijer F. de boer van brockhorst
van der meijde van der vaart davids cocu
makaay van nistelrooy
for 2nd match.
ps seedorf is shit; if you can't score from 9 metres you can't play football at all. fact.

Have you even seen some of those play yesterday? And wtf is Van der Vaart doing central right on your lineup?
Code:
Van der Sar
Cocu Ooijer
Reiziger Zenden
Sneijder Seedorf
Van der Meyde Overmars
Van der Vaart
Kluivert
The only correct line-up.
