PDS with a twist
I'm not a fan of PDS as it is just like unmovable ships. But what if they had an extra feature :
- a planet PDS can fire ingal to defend the closest planets (with a penalty).
Let say planet 1:1:3 can give/receive PDS help from planets 1:1:2 and 1:1:4 at 50% efficiency.
In case of gal raid, PDS would defend own planet first. If no inc on own planet, PDS fire can be split in 2 to def planets above and below.
