With FAnG gone, how about the rest of us have a nice clean fair fight for the vacant no. 1 slot?

Are any of the alliances prepared to take the bold step of finishing the round with no blocks?

Apparently FAnG have not quit PA as an alliance. However this will be their last round of Planetarion (correct me if I'm wrong).

Seem their roidcount etc? Looks like abandoning to me, 70k roids gone in 2 days... Though I wonder how many of those will be picked up by Dragons.....

alot left and will join Elysium and Eclipse. Another load left and will form a new alliance. I think atm we're at 50% or less of our original membercount. But we promised to sit this round out till the last tick.

But tbh, PA is over for us, pretty obvious

Hmm, my info (which may be wrong as I don't have the same info sources I used to) was that the largest group that left are actually joining Dragons. But that they're playing EET for fools by claiming they'll join Ely/Eclipse so they don't get any inbound during their 72 alliance-less ticks. And, amazingly enough, the EET leadership are gullible enough to believe it. I could, of course, be entirely misinformed.

this scenario is highly possible but due to eclipses agreements with elysium we have to tolerate their wish to recruit new players and are bound to their wisdom and foresight to smell a trap.

You could be right here. thing is, nobody is really certain what will happen. atm neither EET as dragons are attacking those. Se the alliance they do not join has screwed up. If you ask ely command what will happen, they say they won't join Ely. If you ask the same to dragons command, they give a similar answer.

guess we'll have to wait and see

Your alliance does not have a history of unblocking exactly....

What slogan an alliance takes is theirs, weather it fits or not is irrelevent in this discussion.

Leaving FAnG does not always mean one is not still proud to have been FAnG, since it's not always the way you wish to go, but the way you have been made to go, in order to keep playing the game.

I hope LEFF or Kjeldoran will get some more detailed list of games that FAnG members new and old play, so that we can see where we can continue playing with each other....

knowing you I would definately agree - but I don't think "hmm my alliance is about get buttfkd so I'm off to join the other guys and keep my roids nice and shiny where they are" cuts the mustard too much

I don't see how a decision to "unblock" could be attributed to greed, the mongrels here would call it backstabbing yes but....if you, as an HC, allow AD to dictate your decisions to you.....well I guess that's your choice.

AD has some bearing on gathering public perception on moves - but in general it's best to realize you can never please everyone. (We have disagreed on political moves in the past after all)

I'm probably more prone to letting AD be a factor in political decisions - just due to image reasons.
