Planet Reset

I wanted to ask what the reason is for the 24 ticks delay for resetting a planet.
I can't think of a good reason for this wait period. After all, the planet that is being reset is already losing all his constructions / research / fleet.

I suggest to get rid of the waiting time, or reducing it to a max 4 ticks to give the hotheads that acted on the spur of the moment some time to think of it.
