Ship stats and beta
Start ship stats now = no end of round rush and plenty of time to organise

coffes suggestion of starting beta is a good one too, time for stats to take effect and also stop boredom between ticks

Beta has never had any point. Run it if you like, but no sane stats builder will ever pay attention to it.

Beta should be used to test out some of the features that are being suggested. Beta stats wont make an impact on the new additions

Still think it is best to have stats ironed out early rather than a rush to get them ready with a week or less to spare.

I would like the PA team to use the beta for testing new ideas other than just stats.
