Added about 23 new galaxies, so there should be plenty of space to move into now.

It's no fun being alone in a galaxy either. You should not create a lot of empty galaxies at once. It would be better to have an automated function that creates one new galaxy:
- whenever all galaxies are full (10*#galaxies=#planets);
- each tick whenever there are few free places left (for instance 10*#galaxies<#planets+20).

We should have planets shuffled during the real round (~tick 24) with buddy groups placed first, then fill the gals with randoms.

The same happened to me several times. The soloution is not to create more galaxies - that just decreses the chances of landing in the same gal. Track planets so that an exile will not put them back into their old galaxy.
