So the Worst "Foreign" accent in a movie award goes to ....
Well, following on from another thread, ill happily nominate Robert Duvall for his absoloutely ****ing abysmal Scottish accent in "A shot at Glory" with Ally McCoist.
"THIS IS WHAUR SHOAT AT GLOARY LADS"
It sounds like something from an Oor Wullie cartoon.

in a dutch movie named "volle maan" they try to imitate a 'Twents' dialect.
it's so incredibly badly done that we rented the movie several times just to laugh at it.

Sean Connery didn't even try so it can't really be counted as an accshent.
Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins. It has to be! I've not heard anything worse...

Come on, lets be fair. The reason you always hear really bad scottish accents in movies is because directors tend to want their audiences to understand what the **** the actor is saying.

Actually I'd like to nominate Colin Farrell for his "Working Class Dublin" accent. Both in films and in real life.
You're from the poshest part of Dublin you cock, you don't talk like that at all. Still he screws it up far too often.
Oh and in Tigerland he kept breaking back from a 'Texas' accent into an Irish one, then into some mish-mash of a generic American one again.
