Here we go:

- Get a confirmation dialog before performing a donation.
Reason: Just because mistakes happen.
- Galactic Commander should also have the abilities of MoC, MoD, and MoW. Yes, GC can already message the Galaxy (MoC ability), but has no access to Galaxy Fund (MoD ability) or MoW abilities either. (by TBBTNut)
Reason: Apart from appointing ministers there's no really relevant "advantage" to being GC.
- Remove MoDs ability to message other MoDs.
Reason: Does it make sense to have this anymore?!?
2. -> Galaxy
- Intel section to show Nickname when hovered
Reason: Just another feature that's all
