Base fleet status notification.

In r33 we can "send" away base fleet.
How about to add current status on missions page? So you can actually see if your base fleet runs or fights. Right now you don't have any real overview about it.
You could just add an extra line there under mission column (like you have with fleets: Base - stay home and fight/run and hide).
Gives you a quicker overview and and easier to manage it when in hurry.
