Re: Political Debate - For the masses
Yeah, you are right. 2880 incs are nothing. Close to 60 a day. Probably some spikes, but nothing compared to what alliances usually receive nowadays.

Round 49
FAnG Incs: 2880
Ultores Incs: 4356
|
Round 46:
FAnG: 5488
Ult: 3819
The reason for Ult having more incs than FAnG r49 was becaused we had them pinned down all round.
At the sight of PL they would ground, especialy attacking agar3s was effective, he would ground and soak all the def.

You had them pinned down with a block. Stop acting as if FAnG beat Ultores solo. The fact of the matter is FAnG had a lot of support that round.
And why are you using stats not relevant to the discussion? You get on your high horse and brag how good FAnG were, but they only won one round. It's an achievement but hardly anything to brag about.
If FAnG were even remotely on Ultores' level, then they would've won more than 1 round.

They challenged them all the 3 rounds they played.
Its not like Ultores won a round without support, hence the inc stats r46.
The only alliance that was ever up to Ults level was FAnG, not saying we were better than them.
R49 was basicly CT/FAnG vs Ult/Apprime, TGV only came in the end to get roids.

FAnG had HR/CT/TGV on their side, and it wasn't towards the end of the round either. I remember clearly working with Irvine setting up lolwaves on Ultores' top planets, and this was mid-round.
FAnG was a strong alliance, but they were in no way on Ultores' level, ever.
You're becoming a broken record with this FAnG superiority. It's like when Zhil bangs on about Spore when they only ever won one round. It's an achievement, but nothing special.

What are you smoking? HR/CT/TGV/FAnG thats around 10k total attack fleets.
If we were only targetting Ult then where did the other 6k of the attack fleets go?

You will be missed. Your departure is a tragedy to us all. Please, reconsider and stay. PA can't go on without you.

Re: Political Debate - For the masses
out of total 9180 attack fleets sent by HR/CT/TGV/FAnG in R49 4,319 (47%) plusminus some randoms were towards ULT, IIRC HR fought some gimp wars against nintendo and dfwtk (at least one of them) too, CT fought some with apprime and TGV had a clash with ND. That's all from my faint remembrance of such old things so can't be 100% certain. Being HR then and sharing a channel with FAnG most of the round I do remember tho. BUT THEN AGAIN, WTF HAS SOME OLD SHT LIKE THIS TO DO WITH THIS ROUND AND THIS ROUNDS POLITICS? YES, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

10k? My question is what are you smoking? Talk about over exaggerating.
Let's use some logical thinking here. An alliance will send on average 60 attack fleets a night. Multiple that by 4 and that's about 240 a night. Multiple that again by 3 weeks and that's roughly 5k (that's assuming they are consistent and alliances don't take a break or ground etc).
How on earth did you come up with 10k? My guess is you looked at the attack stats per alliance on beta in round 49 and added them up. No one ever attacks the same alliance consistently for 5 weeks. They are usually concentrated for a certain period.
Mz, where art thou. We need your wisdom!

Re: Political Debate - For the masses
Could we get to r50 politics discussion? I think we are good with r49's and it is a long way up to r63.

I'll update then with more current affairs.
Destiny coming back
Apprime looking to return
Brazilians to ultores
Doubt we will see many full tags although I assume norse will be reduced and faceless.

Re: Political Debate - For the masses
Destiny was the alliance that CT warred/beat in R20 in our first round, they stuck around for a few rounds after.
