[To increase activity] Amusing Book Titles
I enjoy frivalous humour...
Now we've all seen idiot comedians and greating card writing hacks come up with these.
I think we can do better!
So basically the format is:
Book Title + Description = comedy. (you can make jokes about the author's name as well i suppose)
Here's a few standard ones to start us off:
"Rabbis: Shooting or snares?" the role of typos in anti-semitism
"Who's a pretty boy?" why birds ask rhetorical questions
"Don't Blame it on the Sunshine! Blame it on the Boogie" myths about melanoma
We could even have GD in jokes!!!
such as:
"The RP Forums" is the right to life absolute?
"You sat in my chair so I shot you" essays on measured response by Falvius
and the classic
"You should have had more sex with her" a study of the missuse of the word 'more'
Anyway. Let's get creative!!!

More proverbs:
"Two Heads are Better Than One: A thesis on genetic engineering"
If I could just find a list of the things, I'm pretty sure there's at least one inane book title available per proverb.

Re: [To increase activity] Amusing Book Titles
meggles!
this thread could be (and i dare say will be) ruined by some over zealous wanker who can't be bothered to come up with his own so just quotes them off the net.
the fun is seeing what we can produce.
such as:

Well, if we're doing indie lyrics, you'll never think of Oasis the same way again:
"Hold up... hold on... don't be scared: Basic pickup lines for paedophiles"

It is the Beatles, although I've never heard it on an advert so it might have been covered for the advert. I have heard at least one other version of it, Michael Jackson covered it as a B-side.
