add 48 hours = 2pm wednesday (gmt)
rather immediately after that... = a random universe *should* be up wednesday afternoon. Signups can start.

We dont know when ticks start, but you know when you can tell your friends to sign up

cos i was 35:9 and thought 35:2 was the only other allied in cluster (allied been vvomm) so suprised me 2 see vision in another c35 gal heh.

My guess is that havoc will end thursday at 10:00 gmt as it started yesterday at 10:00 gmt....

Dude the guy up there that was in NoS round 6 in gal 21. i remeber you guys. excalaber went to several GCs with NoS to try and get you to allie and most refused. i thank u for that cus we would have lost if u gave them any more help.
