Bad Eating

How bad have you or do you eat?

Its 10.20am here and I've eaten a Bacon and Egg McMuffin then a whole pack of Maryland cookies.

Bad I know, But I dont usually do it.

Feel a bit sick now though :/

I had what was left of my selection box from castle spice that we ordered last night, which constituted donor meat, a bit of chicken and chips by this morning. This was for breakfast.

Then i didnt eat till i had a pizza for tea.

i usually don't do the breakfast thing
but lately with my day starting at 6am and not really being able to eat until later in the day i've found i'm a bit more energetic when i eat SOMETHING in the morning.

this morning i had an 'everything' bagel (toasted ofc) with spinach and feta cream cheese, large hotchocolate from TimHortons, and later i'll have a sourcream glazed donut (also from TimHortons)

I eat terribly. I usually eat twice a day and it's total crap and void of any nutritional content. I have no idea why I'm not sick more often. If I didn't walk everywhere and workout you wouldn't be able to get me out of my apartment without tearing the roof off and lifting me out with a crane. I'm probably going to drop dead of a heart attack by the age of 45.

i havn't eaten yet today. except some random snacks.

guess i should go make something.


although today was a fairly lazy day, woke up at 11, played tennis at 12, got home, did nothing played another tennis match at 3, came home, went to work, came home, came here.

normally i will have something for lunch. i have actually only just realised how little i eat that isn't just junk food or chocolate. it is a good job i work out so much :|

just remembered why i'm not hungry - i went to harry ramsdons b4 work so i have actually eaten today :P
