I was thinking of this::

2k Sabre
2k Theifs
5k Cutter
5k Clipper
2k Buccs
1.5k PoDs
1k MoW
500 Marauders
500 Rogue

5k Sabre
5k Theifs

What would be an all round good fleet. Feel free to add a good combination. If u want to please leave a reason why :-D

atm i got:

500 pegs
200 dementers
10k cosair
8k cutlass
2k sabre
1k theif
3k cutter
2k clipper
500 marauder
300 rogue
700 pods

i dont really use the sabre or theifs,,, ever. so hmm if someone could tell me how and when that be cool. or just scrap them

i suggest you go for the 3rd option or when you want to keep thieves and sabres steal some xan pods and enjoy yourself whith those

I would say something like:

25-100k cutlass (depends on how crazy you are)
10k sabres (better then corsairs imo)
5k cutters
3k clippers
1k buccs
500 rogues
500-1k MoW (That's alot)
1-1.5k pods

I had 19000 corsairs last round while I was 4 mil. They were quite effective as scare ships. I suggest you keep a good number of those.

Sabres are CO. CO is overtargeted imo with all the xans running around. Sabres also fire like last. So i dont like them much.

I think i will go

100,000 Cutlass
10,000 Cutter
10,000 Clipper
1000 MoW
1500 PoDs

Thats a pretty kick ass fleet. :-D

I think thats what i am aiming for. Any suggestions?

Cutter + clipper combo is scary, but u may want to add some buccaneers, for bs/cr def (and they also target devs, although clipper does do that better)

personally i think a zik doesn't need much more then fi/fr/de.
i think your allround fleets are too widespread.
try to keep at few shipclasses.

btw: some MoW could be a good choice too ;-)

By the time I've finally picked up enough demeters to use them properly (100 or so, from in-gal def), it seems people have loaded themselves with anti-DE def and my ships rarely get to land. I have, however, found mass-BS class to be rathe effective, especially against cathaar whose fleets are based around blocking down FI/CO/DE. 400 MoWs have proven to be a nice battering ram against those who dont see the advantage of Defenders. My demeters got to land last night : )

Ship Farming is illegal cause that goes with planet farming.

ship farming is legal as long as the account-sharing/multiing rule(/any other rule of that kind) is not being broken in the process.

ship farmer or donations I play without donation and with all my best effort I cap about 65 demeters and 200 pegasus

clippers are even better at taking down BS and CR, but idd build buccaneers too, first and only BS def (unless u build Pirates, but steal ships arent really def ships imo)

Hehe i charged 2 pegs for a milscan a week or 2 ago
