Dear NOS

I got a Question to you people, this morning I found my gal under HEAVY ATTACK. Ok these things happen and I don't care. But that you sended 2 ( and on some planets 3) waves on or galaxy, I find embarassing.
2 or 3 waves is normally ok, but attacking a rank 165 galaxy is making you just look like a simple low profile group of bashers. Attacking a top 100 gal with 2 or 3 waves is normal.
I got 3 gal m8es orso who are relativly new 2 the game and this is not something where they are playing the game for

On a serious note i'm sure whoever picked the target had a good reason, as there wern;t many roids there (looking at gal history on pilkara)

General1: Have you ever considered that your galaxy was hit that hard for a equally lame reason?

Like repeatedly attacking the same galaxy/planet.... a galaxy far far smaller than your own... So dont come here whinging about bashing and lameness!!!

I would also assume the planets in your galaxy that got waved 'oh so bad' is in question, so go nag them for bringing it...

Then again, sorry for your losses, know all about being bashed, and some of us never aims to 'bash' whilst others do.

Marlon-Brando-As-Don-Corleone aside, you guys were attacked pretty much because for like the last 5 or 6 nights we had at least one or two of our planets get hit by folks in your gal. Some repeatedly. Oh, and the third wave is not sanctioned by NoS (probably just your usual "picking-up-the-pieces" vultures).

BTW: Retalling a planet ranked 1500~ with 4 waves isn't very, hrm, high profile either. But meh. I'm not an HC, nor did I pick the gal on this attack.

Pffffffffff I heard things that I have hitten NOS several times. Tbh I have no clue of NOS coords before the attack ( now I got 50 of them ). I have no idea if gal m8es hit nos people over and over again and I can't judge that however a C20+ player hitting another C20+ player is something different then an 'organised wave'.

I believe they were organisied attacks - as otherwise we wouldn;t be that annoyed as in gal def would have been nice and easy. Its common practice to hit a whole gal becuase it has a few naught people in it - as otherwise in gal def is quite possible.

there was no WaC in round 1, it was concordium (sp?) back then iirc... WaC was round 2

Eventhough WaC means we areconcordium most legion people that left back then will tell ya there was a big difference...

Not that I think NoS co-ords are so unknown to most ppl anyways, so kinda don't see your point?

What is the purpose of this post? Flame NoS? Whine? Get sympathy for being attacked?

Clearly you are confused, as he joined FAnG before the round started iirc, and at that point no-one, but FAnG members had us in top10, let alone #1 spot, and a few had NoS up there so, you could say he gambled as he was going to a 'seemingly inferior' alliance.

your 2 cents dont really count as U dont seem to know what happened in NoS prior to this round and telling that FanG would dominatie this round was not really hard to guess

Nothing 'seemingly' about it old chap. FAnG blew the goat. And considering that attack on my planet yesterday with 'shockingly' not one single wave that could cap roids, you still are 'seemingly'. I await evidence to the contrary.

bein able to defend is a nice thing and doesnt necessarily mean fang is a bad alliance but that your alliance might be good too

and if it was so easy to guess that fang would be dominating this round why then noone had us on the top 10 list in the predictions thread seems very unlogical to me...

You dont have to be a rocket scientist knowing that fang would do an exellent round10.. Working undercover, tempting high-class players throughout the universe and promoting the best of the best, but by all means, pld fang.

Most people didnt expect us to do quite this well, TBH even the HC only expected to be top 5, my goal was top 3 and then #1 next round.

That was mainly because we under-estimated how much damage PaX had done to other alliances.

It didnt hurt us because FAnG had lost so many and was rebuilding its memberbase for 3 weeks longer than most which meant that we were in top form while others were struggling to rebuild.

Coupled with the fact that Kjeldoran had essembled a command team which allowed us to recruit good officers and good members.

All in all, Had Kj not played this round, the top 10 would be very different.

I actually never expected NoS to hit such a small gal and when writing it I wrote it as a joke wich prolly were badly written since noone understood it... but then again I didn't know about the retal, I just got to know about it like 5 mins after writing my post..

And don't talk to me about not being loyal to NoS, I've been in it much longer than you have and I'm quite sure I'm notwrong in saying I'm one of the most loyal members NoS ever had! .. I'm sure you have left an alliance at some point yourself, that makes you illoyal?

And... NO, just to bring you away from the idea I joined FAnG because it would rock so much.. Remember, that when I joined FAnG there was like 15-20 ex-NoSsers there who I knew from past rounds.. that's more than I knew in todays NoS, where I knew almost none anymore.. When HR split with NoS many of my friends left and I was sad about that.. then over past rounds many friends has left for a better life in RL..

And(again).. I'm not trying to ruin NoS, eventho I tried to take a few members with me, but they were my friends fs.. At no point will I ever try to harm NoS.. I'm sure I've told you this quite a few times already!

I just experienced the same, i had kinda quit playing and became a scanner.
Somehow i was very active with ******** so i also checked my PA account at night again and also started doing some attacks. Whee back to be ranked within top2000.
The gal i am in jumped just into top100 me being ranked 1600 and i get 8 waves of incoming on me, in wave being 11k frigs. So i guess its a standard NoS tactic now.

Oh i and just before you start flaming that i am dragons and they dont have a proper arbi, a friend of mine from another alliance checked it who are known to have a proper arbi and 3 coords turned out to be NoS
