isn't it obvious. A week ago we got an announcement from the big mr. Zeus explaining how PA was sold to this "Sim-tech" corp thingy. Noone knew anything about it, no webise, no info in the announcement. Today Zeus says that Jolt bought PA and they offered to let Zeus, Spinner and Fudge to keep on developing the game while jolt does teh hard stuff.

More than likely 'Sim-Tech' is another company set up by Spinner which 5th Season sold PA to, Sim Tech has then gotten financial backing from Jolt, with a clean reputation and such. And of course 5th season will now be bankrupted and spinner will gain millions...millions I say, millions!!!!
