right.. so for those who remember i like siamese fighting fish. and a while ago i posted a thread with a picture of one i wanted. i want a 'mustard gas' betta. i have no idea why the colour type is called mustard gas.. whoever named it must have a weird sense of humour... anyways.. the ones i've seen are on the internet selling for about $30 USD. which i just can't afford that plus the shipping.

ANYWAYS! today i went down-island to pick up my mom from some business thing and we stopped at a mall for something to do. i went to the pet store cause i just *had* to go take a look.. low and behold THERE'S A MUSTARD GAS BETTA!!

i bought it! was only $5 CAD (about $3.35 USD)
my mom rolled her eyes ('another one?')
my sister begged me to name it 'colonel mustard' (haven't decided if i will yet)

this is kinda what it looks like

i am very very happy today! \o/

It looks kind of blue more than yellow. Anyway, congratulations on finding such a lovely fish. I think Colonel Mustard is a great name. Is it a lady fish or a gentleman fish?
