My set needs to be done by tomorrow, when Jintao will announce which set will be used, so if anyone can see any more improvements now is the chance. No major changes will be made, I'm just looking for effs/ERes suggestions (supported by bcalcs or proper arguments) and oversights such as SKs that weren't adjusted to being in their attack classes.

To preempt some things: Illusion is more expensive but with similar arm/dmg as its classmates, this is my way of losing pod fakes more painful.
EMP ships that fire init 2/3 may also have raised resistances to not render them useless when used against init 1/2 ships.
Anything else?
