Cluster Alliance Defence Speed
Basically -1 extra travel speed to alliance members in cluster.

So all alliance members get -1 to def, while members in the same cluster as you get -2.

personally, i think there are few enough lands as it is. more lands is better for the game, not less, imo.

There is a system I thought about allowing -1 for alliance and -1 for cluster and reducing tag limit to 50 to make game more about communicating so making the moc position important again.

maybe a bad idea but might fire some life back into pa returning to some routes would make interesting to see if alliances have relations with same allies as usual every round or if they have relations with allies heavy in cluster with etc.

Just something to think about but is welcome this change

nah, just add an additional 3-4 ships each race, thatīll have the same effect
