Which motherboard ?

I have decided to change my motherboard, I havent got much money to spend on it, so i have decided to choose one of those two:
Leadtek K7NCR18D Leadtek nForce2 AGPx8 DDR400 LAN USB 2.0 6ch snd ATX
or
Gigabyte 7VAX, KT400, 8xAGP/5PCI/3 DDR400, ATA133, 6-ch sound, LAN, USB 2.0, ATX.
Any tips which one I should pick ? or what i will win from picking NFORCE instead of VIA ? I'll use it with Athlon 2.1Mhz.

I'd choose the Leadtek if they were the same price, as nforce > VIA.
