No bash limit in top100

people in the top 100 can attack each other whatever their score/value(maybe only top50, but you get the point).

This is the case now. Last round the #1 planet at the end of the round couldn't attack 6 planets in the top 100 after having been donated 700k score on the last day of the round. Without these donations no planet in the t100 would have been unable to attack another due to bash limitations.

in r18 i could only hit the top20 for a week or so; but i am against this new idea

this gives an advantage to ~20-30 players and would lead to those few players bashing the shit out of the other people in the t100

I imagine once he spent he had a few targets out of his bash range for the day or so until he lost his roids. I'm not sure though, I can't easily access the relevant scores for every period of the round I'm just going off the fact the score gaps largely get wider over time, ergo earlier on they were probably smaller.

This is good, it means that XP players in the top 100 can be bashed and its all their fault for throwing away their ships.

look at it this way: a XP player doesn't care if you roid him, he normally is happy about that additional value loss, as it gives him more XP on his next attack.

a value player on the other hand needs those roids for his style of playing. if you remove the bash limit in the top 100, then the value players on the bottom of the top 100 turn into farms for the higher ranked value players who normally wouldn't be able to hit them.

imo it wouldn't affect XP players much, but it would be very unfair against the value players.

why not just make it you can attack anyone thats attacked you what ever the value/score they were for a period say 72ticks
