Add a new status to trusted/wanted/not wanted...
call it 'not trusted' ...or increase the limitations of the 'not wanted'.
One of the idea is to force enemies within the gal to exile rather than waiting to be exiled (which is not always possible).
Limitations to that status should be:
- no access to gal forum messages
- trading with gal fund at 20% tax
- ingal defence at +1 eta (or even impossible).

Am i being too harsh with moles and spies ?
