Enjoying Garfield?
If so, try this: The Daily Garfield Loader.
I just made it and wanted to share...
It does nothing more then retrieve the current Garfield strip from www.garfield.com, something like http://images.ucomics.com/comics/ga/2005/ga050210.gif, and then displays it to your screen.
I put it into my AutoStart and it makes me happy
(it doesn't work without an internet connection, obviously).

Dozens of people read your posts, does that mean they're any good?

Re: Enjoying Garfield?
Ah, but The Sun has a almost-nude girl posing on Page 3. Garfield does not.
Does that make sense?

Garfield is excellent. Maybe you're just so tall you're looking over the humour. Ha.
Therefore, I would use JetLinus' little application (hey, see I didn't name you Geek of the Year for nothing!), if I didn't already get the comic emailed to me daily
