Kazaa Lite seems crap lately
with 3.5M people online I am still unable to find certain songs and if I do they oftenly have terrible download rates, what's going on? Am I running behind facts again and I should have stepped over on the new hawt thing already some months ago?



if so, where should I lurk now for my music ?

It does seem to have gone crap lately, every since the RIAA started going mad.

I prefer to use Bittorrent these days, although I don't generally download music.

I only use Torrent for stuff like comic book scans, TV episodes, legal stuff, because it's got no privacy features, and I've heard of plenty of people getting warnings from their ISPs for using it for movies and stuff. I used Kazaa Lite just last night to download like 30 songs, and all but 5 were done in a fairly short time (only 2 still running when I left this morning).

DC++ I don't like much because: it's very difficult to resume a file when the guy you're downloading from leaves; you're limited to downloading what's on the hubs you're on rather than whatever you want; and I get kicked from most hubs for sharing porn, while my most popular uploads by far are the porn. Damn hypocrits.

The main problem with Kazaa Lite isn't speed, it's quality. If you want something quickly, you'll get it on Kazaa, but it'll be a renamed copy of Zoolander or something.

yeah disable it deffeh - ask a script kiddy to hax0r it...

can anyone PM me with some good DC servers - most I visit are foreign norweigen one's and I'm booted off for saying anything remotely "english" - my attempts to pretend to speak their languages with freewebtranslations comes up with bizare attempts :|
