I've been going on about this for a very long time now (well, since round 10) but i dont think i've ever posted here about it.

I'm sick of the way incs, mail and news are presented in 'PaX' format. It just looks amateurish! the old buttons looked much nicer. Bring them back

Not really important to gameplay, but important to enjoyment perhaps!

i believe the reason for using text rather than images was to allow screen readers to read them

Tbh, I dont see us changing all 13 skins and the code to have buttons for this now. There is no "reason" as such why we can not use images and alt-tags, I reckon it was just a hasty descision back in round 10, and it got stuck for a while. The header could do with some biffing-up, no argument there.
But, I dont think we're doing it now.
