Re: Hotmail
Yeah, Hotmail's anti spam works fine until the clever little shite's started putting periods in the subject, which the spam filter ignored completely.

Re: Hotmail
4% of 2MB
I think they're quite incompetent with upgrading accounts quickly. Yahoo are much better than them.

i) free
ii) webmail
iii) most well known address (when telling people your email address you can concentrate on the first part because everyone knows hotmail.com)
iv) msn messenger

And Zar is correct for those 4 reasons, although I do believe you can use MSN with other emails.

Re: Hotmail
Why use hotmail?
1) When I got my hotmail account it was simply HoTMaiL and not MSN Hotmail (ie this was way before Billy Gates bought the service.) - was the ONLY free web based mail package on the internet at the time I think.
2) My account is used to register all products and site access accounts - this way my private accounts stay clean of spam - solicited and unsolicited - that said, spam flow has dropped dramatically lately and my account is fairly clean again (ish...)
3) Its free and my particular hotmail account is also an msn messenger account - plus my email address is pretty easy to remember (ie no numbers or anything.)
oh and btw 2MB still - not that Im all that fussed as important hotmail gets copied thru outlook to personal folders

Re: Hotmail
18% of 2MB.
Frankly, for what I use it for, 2MB is plenty.

Well if youd have said that!! I would look it up but that would mean too many mouse movements and clicks.
