Membership is open to those who qualify in accordance with our criteria and are willing and able to handle the responsibility of being a VisioN member in an adult way. Our alliance focuses on the quality of members rather than quantity. Hence, recruitment criteria are set to a higher level then those of most common alliances.
VisioN is a friendly community which values all our members regardless of their in-game performance. While score and size does play a part of the recruitment criteria, the most important aspects on which we focus are activity, participation in the alliance such as in defense and attacks, fun, and a sense of community and loyalty to the alliance. IRC activity is a definite requirement and we monitor the amount of activity shown by members and recruits in IRC channels at all times.

Origo
Recruitment for Origo is currently open. Origo is the JR/training "wing" of VisioN, where we train members and get to know them. You will stay in Origo for at least 7 days and untill you have acquired the needed points. During this time we will be able to monitor your skills. Also while you are in Origo, if you feel you would like to try some skills we offer a system of a member running an attack/strike for a night, so you can have BC training and so on. Players new to the game will have the chance to learn the game better and get feedback/support from the Origo HC and the community members. Note that investing your time with Origo is the only way to eventually obtain full VisioN membership.

Before approaching a recruiter in #origo, please make sure you have following personal information available:

-Present score/past scores from previous rounds in the game. (if you played before)
-Average amount of time spent active daily on irc.
-Personal alliance history. (if you played before)
-Special skills (example: Web Design, Graphics, Programming etc ...)
-Officer skills (example: BC, DC, etc ...)
