So this bloke tries to come into my house
After the last story of the cat coming in, I'm in a different state of shock. Just got back, it's 2:09am. Go upstairs, everyone's asleep. I got into my room which overlooks the garden (we lived in a terraced house). I put my light on, I heard a noise outside look out, I see a boy jumping over the fence (in tracksuit and not to be racist but he's black), look out and I see him walk down the garden, try opening the conseravtory door. Funny thing is, my light is on as I said, I have my windows open all while he's doing this.

Failing our door, he's jumped over our fence, tried next door. Fails that, has just tired 3 doors down where an elderly couple live (not trying to play this, this is the real truth).

I was so tempted to shout out and go "OI!" so he knows he's been caught. I've rung the police etc. but I doubt they'll do much since as far as I can see (dark and I don't have my contacts on - just took them out) he hasn't got in anywhere.

What I've learnt: fences don't help at all.

My friends got burgled recently in Exeter. It was around 9am or so, but they were all in bed, hungover. Woke up feeling very worse for wear to find out that the back door had been opened and a bunch of things grabbed quickly.
