I am originally from Tenerife, so i know Lanzarote better than most people here, and I dont have the same superiority complex of most, so :
Surf - If your referring to surfing beaches, then yes, but you should aim for the northern facing beaches (around & west of La Santa) - but to be honest this time of year is a bad time for it, the atlantic swells are highly unpredicatable - My reccomendation would be a place called "El Quemao"
Scuba Sites - Sorry dont know, but I would be surprised if you cant find that information once you get to your resort.
