Insurance sminshurance

I need to get my bike insured and have the following quotes, which do you reckon is the better value :

Quote 1
£238 (£175 excess) - Unbranded Breakdown Cover, Unlimited Legal Cover, No pillions

Quote 2
£212 (£250 excess) - RAC Cover, 50k Legal Cover, Pillions covered

Quote 3
£236 (£100 excess) - RAC Cover, 50k Legal Cover, Pillions covered

Quote 4
£195 (£250 excess) No breakdown, pillion, 3rd party on any other bike.

Obviously 4 is cheaper and has the benefit of riding other bikes, which isnt going to happen that often, but it had no breakdown and a high excess.

Depends on if you plan on crashing dunnit?

I personally go for the higher excess as I am a pretty careful driver and the percentage chance of a crash I'm involved in being my fault is fairly low (I know we all have our moments :P )

For some reason I never both with legal cover either for some reason - mebbe thats just cos I'm dumb.

Depends on whether you intend to crash/breakdown or not, doesn't it?
