I feel like a coke head whos just made the transgression onto smack....

I'm told that chewing gum messes with your digestive system. Which to choose, ****ed lungs, or the inablility to eat past the age of 40.

This stuff cannot be healthy, its like eating 10 ciggeretes at once.

Alternatives people?

P.S. Nicotine Patches have about the same effect to me as Chris Evans millions have to his sex appeal.

just smoke the mildest rolling tabacco you can buy, youll need to goto a specialist.

i did that for a month then came straight off it with no cravings what so ever!

Going back to smoking aint an option, simply due to the fact i dislike having to cough up half of the nicotine industry every morning i wake up.

I'm looking for a genuine alternative.

chewing gum doesnt mess with your digestive system too much. The chewing just stimulates your stomach to do stuff cos it thinks ur oging to feed it and gets confused so produces stomach acid etc but that happens chewing any gum.

It's not hard to quit smoking. That whole quitting fase is way overrated. Just simply tell yourself to stop smoking, and be strong. I did that, and it worked. I havn't touched a cigarette in 4 months now.

Your stomach producing stomac acid when theres nothing in your stomach is precisley the point i dislike.

It cannont be healthy, heh.

As for being strong, sorry mate but i've tried that and it always ends up me convincing myself that i could get run over by a bus tommorow so why bother making it unpleasnt on the off chance smoking can kill me.

That worked, until i started doing weight training again, now i've got the stamnina of an idle goat.

chewing gum is fine in moderation...

do it too much and for obvious reasons you get unpleasant stomach ulcers.. but I chew a ferocious amount of gum and my stomach is just fine.

I quit about a month ago. Having tried the nicotine gum before I knew that wasn't the way to go. Instead I went with the lozenges. It actually seems to have worked. They didnt taste particularly bad, and had a minty aftertaste. After a few days I started substituting normal mints.

I switched to Lambert n Butler menthol for 3 months before I quit. When I quit I substituted the cigs for some trebor extra strong mints. Been 9 months now, and I still go through a packet of trebor a day.

Lungs are great, teeth.. whats teeth?
