It will never happen, but I'm putting a tenner on this outcome.

Group Qualifiers: (Top team wins group)

Group A:
Germany
Poland

Group B:
England
Sweden

Group C:
Netherlands
Argentina

Group D:
Portugal
Mexico

Croup E:
Italy
Czech Republic

Group F:
Brazil
Croatia

Group G:
France
Korea Republic

Group H:
Spain
Ukraine


This puts the last 16 standings at this: (Winner in brackets)

Germany vs Sweden (Germany)
Netherlands vs Mexico (Netherlands)
England vs Poland (England)
Portugal vs Argentina (Argentina)
Italy vs Croatia (Italy)
France vs Ukraine (France)
Brazil vs Czech Republic (Brazil)
Spain vs Korea Republic (Spain)

Quarter Finals will then be this:

Germany vs Netherlands (Netherlands - bye bye hosts)
Italy vs France (France - on paper very hard to call)
England vs Argentina (England - obviously)
Brazil vs Spain (Brazil)

Semi Finals
Netherlands vs France (Netherlands - just feel they are gonna be good)
England vs Brazil (England - payback time)


Which leaves the World Cup final to be contested between these

England vs Netherlands

Winner: ENGLAND

Unlikely but worth a laugh at the bookies.

From those fixtures, I would predict England to lose in the quarters, semis and the final.

England would be VERY lucky to reach the semi's. England winning the WC is very unlikely as they'd already been beaten by Argentina in the quarters (obviously).
