Well all the active members of [APA] have got us where we stand now, its a shame that all i can offer is my thnxs for them being kick ass members and an invite to the next round.
Youve all been great, couldnt have asked for more from you 
Especialy the BC's who have been helping in the HC shortages. Not to mention the scanners and Notsure the "Night Shift" and Kushan the "defender of the alliance"
it been fun having all the officers wind up keg and fc in pub chan, nice to let them know when there not wanted
So thnx a bunch you Wicked Rabble!

What's an emp?
If it's an alliance you're looking for then go to this thread . It shows you what alliances are in the game and how to join them.
And you can't create a planet because Round 13 just ended and we're currently waiting for Round 14 to start. There's been no offiicial word on when it will start but I've heard mid July from some people so it might be then.
