Round 10 has such a long way to go, so that there would be both a way too long round 9, aswell as a way too long time in between rounds 9-10.
Hence the logical solution is to give us 2 semi-rounds, summing up to enough time for round 10 to be completed.

ps. why not give us the speedround soonish aswell?

And they could weed out a lot of the cheater that they did not have 'enough' proof against this round.

I'm not sure that was the reason for Kloopys announcment at all
its now (PT 823) the normal pa round is what 1800?
so we are less than half way (by 3 days)

I really don't think time is the issue here (the issues was discussed in another thread which I'll try and find and post here)
