it's not an actual engine, but those evas featured s2 engines. let me see if i can find a pic.

edit: btw, the end of evangelion was the name of the movie, not an epsiode

they do resemble it. i'm watching the movie right now. And The End of Evangelion isn't the same as the end of evangelion. The first is the movie/alternate ending and the 2nd just implies the ending of the series.
