sorry pals, Xerxes, our glorious leader is missing today so we couldnt join our C1NAP brothers yet!
in case he doesnt show up fast enough we will riot and promote someone else to glorious leader!

Regarding the political side of the game, yes 2:8 has now joined C1NAP. We are extremly saddened however, that the [] are no longer allowed in gal-names. This is a huge blow to moral within the game, and probably one of the main reasons for PA no longer having thousands of players. Gone are the days of proper epicness of gal-tags.

stats page are amazingly green for all top 8 alliances, quite the roid gain, I don't even see 1/10th of the amount lost around the remaining allies.
Did the top alliances suddenly decide to nap eachother and start an init fest?
if not did everyone just decide to start noob roiding?
Let us know - atleast B-Butcher, you're always harsh on the bottom feeding strategy, give the forums your say - what's going on here?

And yes, pretty much everyone is initating/doing bonuses what ever.
Would be interested seeing the uni roid graphs from past rounds though

Sadly C1Nap and friends have been merciless targeted by CT just for their gals having the tag ... CT wants to roid C1Nap out of existence, and yes that has caused some to leave the tag, in fear of our roids existence ... 7:1 did jump ship ... some of the others are changing to CTNap to show that we fully support CTs shenanigans and not C1Naps shenanigans.

Perhaps, but you've still devoted 10% of your structures to stopping others from getting killed, you still have 5500 construction points spent on defense. Your fear over what might happen had the same result as if you'd be SK'd. Might be be better in the long run if you're getting SK'd nightly, sure, but they still win by making you do it.

Ive seen 10+ st taken out in one land a few times ... having 10 SDs stopping that from happening in a round where people are set out just to sk ... tho i dont think ive ever actually been sked ... its also nice for your ally member to not cry about sk incs pls def harder type thing.

None of that invalidates my point. The very fact that you've had to modify how you play and build structure defense, something that a few rounds ago no one did, means they win. You're having to divert construction points out of something to directly benefit your planet and into a preventive measure. As I said, if you're getting regularly SK'd, sure, it makes sense in the long run, but you've still had to build them instead of something else. Just the threat of SK's and your fear of them makes you lose on this one.

A few rounds ago structure defense buildings where completely useless and could only stop a random SKs inc.. (i.e. just a small amount of SKS and nothing like a real attack with SKs)
That changed last round and since then they started being build..

Maybe a good time to look at my suggested change to alliance score " here ".
It is time to reward people who play for their alliance by the actions they make. Just using score as we do now is pointless and it promotes napping the shit out of each other to stay as big as possible. This is a wargame, people should worry less about holding roids and attack eachother instead for maximum points.
If you didn't look at my suggestion then look at it now so something might actually change. I see little point in having a planet in the current naptarion when my actions count for nothing.. and i'm sensing i'm not the only 1.
